• A female specialist : the understanding agreement is the first step that shows the intentions of the project owner and the investor financier

              Businesswomen Center  in Asharqia Chamber hosted a workshop titled (how to convince the investor), which was implemented by Saudi MIT forum and Saudi Aramco Center for business pioneering  "Waed".
    Trainer Haya Al Aqeel, talked in the workshop about several topics in this field, most prominently : the need for economic feasibility study of the project prepared in a professional way, and ensuring clarity of the financial plan, based on market information and studies, and attaching a work plan that describes the first form in case of financing.
    Aqeel said that the businessman or investor is not keen to hear the project plan orally, he only knows the language of numbers and profits , advising the project owner to make the project based on a lot of expectations and information standard for the sector that she wants to invest in, not forgetting to make a market risks, until at least five years.
    Aqeel said that the project owner has to deal with the specialties who have enough experience in the market and its ways, to prepare project feasibility studies, with making the first goal in dealing with the investor is to sign an agreement of understanding, because it demonstrates the intentions of the two parties, and show interest of the second party in your project and the amount of  their seriousness .
    Aqeel explained in the workshop the importance of expectations and not to exaggerate in them, and also not to raise the roof of the positive results, but must deal with project numbers and profits realistically. With regard to the likely risks, and the impact on the profit opportunities of the project, and said (do not put your hopes on one investor, and be ready to offer your project on more than one group in search of financing, but within solid basis and practical mechanisms).
